Serves 16 (divide into two batches)
2 Bottles for Cowabunga Concord Wine from Bishop Estate Vineyard and Winery
1 Can of Lemonade Juice Concentrate
1 – 2 Cups Blackberry Brandy
1 Bottle of 7 Up ( or club if you like it less sweet)
1 bottle of Welshes or Juicy Juice Concord Juice
Fresh Fruit like 1 cup blackberries, 1 cup grapes, 1 lemons and 1 limes sliced thin
1 orange sliced thin. (this is a great place to get creating, try other fruits too!)
Optional- a day or two before you serve, freeze 1/2 of the container of grape juice, poured into 2 larger containers to make ice “slugs” to keep the sangria cold. Add a few pieces of cut up fruit into it before freezing.
For One Batch: mix 1/2 the lemonade concentrate, 1/2 your desired amount of brandy,( 1 cup) add 4 cups of grape juice, the 1 bottle of cowabunga wine and 1/2 of your cut up fruit into your pretty large glass pitcher or beverage server. Save room for the soda and one of the ice slugs. Right before serving add the ice and 1/2 bottle of your soda.
Serve in large wine glasses!
