So, Hawg house is coming to Bishop Estate Vineyard and Winery this Saturday with a new menu item that everyone must try!

Pit Master Jim Gehris has a fabulous menu, consisting of all his BBQ selections, Pulled Pork, Brisket, Wings and they have award winning sauces to make each BBQ delight your own!  Then the sides are also wonderful, Beans, and Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Mac and Cheese, Slaw and Loaded Nachos!

But if that isn’t enough…. He is now introducing a really heart stopping, over the top, crazy sinful…. FRIED Baby-back ribs!!! Woah!!

I hope everyone gets to make their way to his truck sometime on Saturday and give something a try. He and his crew are here all day 12 to 8, and they are ready to crank out the BBQ for all you BBQ lovers.

May I suggest the ODA Shiraz to try with the Fried Baby-back Ribs?  Let us know how it is!
